The Burning Ones — Disciple-Makers’ Leadership Training School
The Burning Ones is a two-phase discipleship and leadership-training program designed to equip believers to become disciple-makers, kingdom leaders, and effective missionaries.
Phase 1 — 8-Week Training & Outreach
- Meet twice a week for eight weeks, once a week for 2 hours of focused teaching, discipleship, and leadership training.
- Meet Every Friday from 5:30 PM–9:30 PM, participants will engage in local outreach and serve at The Gathering from 8:00–9:30 PM.
- The goal is to move beyond classroom learning into hands-on ministry and evangelism.
Mission Trip #1 — California
- After completing the first eight weeks, the team will travel to California for a mission trip, putting the training into practice in a larger ministry setting.
Phase 2 — Reproduce & Multiply
- After returning, the program begins again with another eight weeks of classroom training and Friday-night local outreach.
- This second phase builds on what was learned during the first cycle and emphasizes multiplying disciples and developing leaders who can make disciples themselves.
Final Mission Trip
- The second eight-week cycle will culminate in a final mission trip, potentially overseas, giving participants an opportunity to take the Gospel beyond their local community.

The Burning Ones exists to raise up disciples who are filled with the Holy Spirit, equipped with the Word of God, active in evangelism, committed to serving, and prepared to make disciples wherever God sends them.
The Cost for in class portion of the program is going to be $100 which includes teaching material and a book. Sponsorships available!
